The year was 1963, JFK was President, Arnold Palmer had some new competition each week with a young golfer named Jack Nicklaus, and my dad, Oscar Austad, started the first Golf catalog in America from our home. It truly was a family business. Mom would type up the catalog, us kids would put labels on them, and everyone helped pick orders when they came in. People thought my dad was crazy for starting a golf catalog. After all, up until that time, you had to go to a Pro shop to be custom fitted. There was definitely a demand for good quality golf equipment at fair prices because Austad's exploded with growth. Today, we operate 9 retail stores all in the upper Midwest, with the motto "Bend over backwards to take care of the customer and they will be your friend for life." Warranties

If a problem occurs with the product (clubs) and has been used in any way, under normal wear & usage, the item will be handled as a warranty issue, not as defective or under Playability Guarantee. Return shipping charges for warranty items are the customer's responsibility.

All products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. Should you have a problem within the manufacturer’s warranty period Austads Golf will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation.

If needed, call Austads Golf to inquire on manufacturer's warranty time period.

It is at the manufacturer's discretion on repair, replace or refund of item. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for repair from the time the manufacturer receives the item.

Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items. Special Order items and Custom Orders are not returnable.

Returns & Exchanges

That’s why we offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE for all online orders. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product simply return it online within 30 days for a 100% refund.

Items returned or returned for exchange must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you return an item after 120 days from the date of purchase, we cannot issue credit back to your credit card.

Austads Golf offers you a 100% money-back guarantee for all online orders. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Austads Golf, you may return the item(s) in NEW, UNUSED AND ORIGINAL CONDITION WITHIN 30 DAYS in their original packaging for a full item amount refund. Shipping is not refundable.

When returning or exchanging a product online, all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information, and printed materials must be in their original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund. Closeouts, custom orders, demo items, personalized items, open videos, DVD's and computer software are not returnable.

For returns, shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Online exchanges feature free shipping both ways.

We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition.

CUSTOM ORDERS, DEMO ITEMS and PERSONALIZED ITEMS are not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable.

Please Note: All sales are subject to availability of product from the respective manufacturer and/or vendor.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements. Closeouts, custom orders or demo items are not returnable either domestically or internationally.

Special Orders
When something is purchased as a "Special Order", it can mean one of several things:
1. It could mean that it is not a normally stocked item and it will be ordered on your behalf.
2. It could mean that it is a normally stocked item but Austads Golf is temporarily out of stock or the item is backordered from the manufacturer.
3. It could mean that it is a new item that Austads Golf anticipates arriving in the warehouse soon. If you order an item that is listed "Special Order" please allow two to four weeks for delivery.
