All US Continental 48 Shipments
All orders received by 12:00 noon Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same business day provided the product is in stock. If the product is not available, we will contact you via phone or email and will either inform you of when the item will be available, or look for alternate arrangements. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays, will ship the following Monday, or next business day.

Next Day and 2nd Day Services
Orders requested via UPS Next Day should arrive the next business day (excluding weekends) after leaving Austad's Golf. Orders sent via UPS 2nd Day should arrive within 2 business days from the date of shipment. On-time delivery for these services is guaranteed by UPS subject to their terms and conditions.

Orders must be placed by 12:00 noon (Central Standard Time) Monday-Friday to be eligible for that day's Next Day or 2nd Day shipments. Orders placed over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday. Please take this into consideration when using these services.

Ship In Advance
In-stock items may Ship In Advance when backordered items are also included in an order. If an order is Ship In Advance and the shipping method is by air, (Next Day Air Saver or 2nd Day Air) the backordered items will ship via UPS Ground when received. These backordered items are shipped UPS Ground because the majority of the Next Day Air Saver and 2nd Day Air charges are attached to the first item/weight to be shipped. Most of the time additional items are only an incremental part of the entire shipping charge. To keep from having to charge the customer an additional charge, Austad’s Golf ships additional items via UPS Ground at Austad’s expense. You will not be billed for any additional shipping on Ship In Advance orders. International orders will NOT Ship In Advance. International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination.

APO/FPO Addresses
We happily ship to APO/FPO addresses through the United States Postal Service. Shipping on most APO/FPO orders is $14.99.  If you are ordering oversize/overweight items or large quantities of any product, an additional shipping charge may apply.  We will contact you with details.

International

Outside the Continental US on the Billing and Shipping Page, select "Outside US" as the shipping method. The corresponding shipping quote will then be assigned to your order. 

International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. Austad's orders only include the cost of the item and the shipping. Any duty or taxes may be added at the time of delivery.

ALL NEW International orders will only be shipped to billing address.

Restrictions
Oversized items
Due to package size restrictions from UPS, some large or bulky items (such as cart bags, travel cases, and hitting nets) must be shipped via Ground service and may not ship for the rate displayed on the Rate Chart. An additional shipping charge may be applied to these items. Items with oversize charges will be clearly indicated in the product description at the product purchase page. The additional shipping charge for oversized items will vary depending on the size and will be combined with the regular shipping fee in the shipping charge box at checkout.

Oversized items are not available for Ground shipment outside the 48 contiguous states. 2nd Day and Next Day services are available, but additional charges will apply. In those cases where your shipping rates must be computed after you have closed out your order, we will contact you, via e-mail with your actual shipping charges for final order approval. This applies to orders containing unusually large or heavy products requiring additional shipping charges. Upon approval, we will ship your order, and charge your credit card with the additional shipping fee.

Austad's Premier International shipping FAQs

Do I have to pay duty/taxes shipping internationally?
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Austad's, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

When will my order ship/arrive?
Several variables factor into how long shipments will take to reach you. When Austad's receives confirmation of valid credit, your order will be processed. The availability of the product will directly affect how soon your order will be shipped.  With all international shipments, we must send all orders from our main office location.  Please realize that this may delay the shipment date up to one week due to the necessary transferring of inventory.  Austad's uses UPS Worldwide Express to send shipments. If the shipment cost differs from the quote you received, we will email you and get your approval before sending. When the shipment reaches your country, it must clear customs before being delivered to its final destination.

Canadian Shipments
We ship all orders to Canada via UPS Worldwide Express.  This is an air delivery service in which brokerage fee costs are covered in the shipping quote.  The customer is only then responsible for the remaining duties and taxes.  Normal delivery time takes 3-5 business days once the order has been shipped.  As with all international shipments, we must send all orders from our main office location.  Please realize that this may delay the shipment date up to one week due to the necessary transferring of inventory.
