1) Visit any local Austad’s retail location. Gift cards will continue to be sold and honored.

• Your name, physical address (no PO Box addresses) and phone number
• The products you would like to receive with the gift card.
• Your gift card number (located on the back of card).
• The dollar amount for each gift card.
